GRIERTEX TOOLS AND KITS
photo of griertex Griertex is a cotton fiber abrasive. It is the result of laminating non-woven cotton fiber with various grains and bonds to achieve varying characteristics. Griertex is acceptable for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials but is found to work extremely well with stainless steel. Griertex is very quiet and smooth run-ning.With its special composition it runs coolly with virtually no loading. This non-loading makes it extremely suitable for working with softer metals and alloys, such as aluminum.
